1. What is AppleCare Protection Plan?

AppleCare Protection Plan is an extension of the standard Limited warranty. With it, you can pay to get an extended warranty for your Apple device. It also adds battery service if your device retains less than 80% battery and global repair coverage.

2. What does AppleCare Protection Plan cover?

With the AppleCare Protection Plan, you can extend your service coverage to:

  • Three years assured from date of purchase for Mac or Apple TV.
  • Two years assured from date of purchase for iPad
  • Priority access to Apple experts via chat or phone.
  • Global repair coverage.
  • Free-of-charge battery replacement (battery health must be less than 80%).

1. Can I purchase the AppleCare Protection Plan anytime?

The AppleCare Protection Plan can be purchased only while your Mac or iPad or Apple TV is still covered under the standard one-year limited warranty. You can purchase the AppleCare Protection Plan anytime within the one-year limited warranty period.

Apple strongly recommends that you purchase the AppleCare Protection Plan as soon as when you purchase your Apple product to maximize the additional benefits provided under the plan.

2. Which products are eligible for the AppleCare Protection Plan?

The AppleCare Protection Plan is available for iPad, iPad Pro, MacBook Air, MacBook Pro 13″, MacBook Pro 14″, MacBook Pro 16″, iMac, Mac mini, Mac Pro, Mac Studio and Apple TV. Each product requires a separate AppleCare Protection Plan for coverage.

3. Where can I purchase the AppleCare Protection Plan?

4. What service options does the AppleCare Protection Plan offer?

The AppleCare Protection Plans provides global repair coverage. If you take your Apple hardware with you when you travel and happen to need repair service, the AppleCare Protection Plan offers global repair coverage.

5. What kinds of parts does the AppleCare Protection Plan use for repair?

The AppleCare Protection Plan uses genuine Apple parts for repair service. Genuine Apple parts may be new or equivalent to new in both performance and reliability. Repairs are performed by Apple-authorised technicians.

6. When I purchase the AppleCare Protection Plan, do I need to register it?

You will not need to register it as your AppleCare agreement will be automatically registered. With automatic registration, you will receive a proof of coverage within 3 – 5 days in the form of a Proof of Coverage certificate.

Your AppleCare Protection Plan coverage starts from your hardware purchase date. Registering your AppleCare Protection Plan at a later date does not extend your coverage. In fact, there are many benefits to registering your AppleCare Protection Plan as soon as you purchase it.

For example, after you register, Apple will have your hardware, AppleCare Protection Plan and personal contact information on file. When you contact Apple for service or support, Apple can access your information straight away and start addressing your issue, rather than spending time verifying your eligibility.

II. PAYMENT

1. What payment method do you accept?

We do our best to accommodate to users from all across the globe by offering various payment methods, including credit and debit cards, PayPal, Wire, Wise, AHC, Cryptocurrencies. Simply select the optimal payment method for you.

2. Do I need to sign up a PayPal account if I don’t have one?

No. You could complete your order as a guest and simply fill out your credit card information at PayPal to complete the transaction. Alternatively, you could sign up for a PayPal account which is a very convenient and secure way to make an online purchase.

III. DELIVERY

1. How long does it take to deliver my order?

Processing usually takes about 3 to 7 business days (Monday -Friday) for delivery – usually less than 5 days. We suggest that you contact us first if you are targeting a specific arrival date.

2. Which courier do you use?

When you buy AppleCare Protection Plan, you will receive a proof of coverage within 3 – 7 days in the form of a Proof of Coverage certificate. which will be delivered to you via email.

It is Digital Delivery, so nothing will be shipped. There is no physical item, CD/box or package that will be shipped.

3. Do you have any physical products?

No, all of our products are digital products.

IV. ORDERING

1. How do I know if I have placed the order successfully?

All successful orders will receive an order confirmation email. If you have not received any confirmation email after you have placed your order, please check your junk / spam box or contact us for assistance.

2. Do you offer discount to bulk lot order?

We do offer discounts on bulk lot orders. If you are interested, please contact us and give us details of your order including style numbers and quantity for a price quotation.

3. Can I cancel the order I placed?

Once an order is in processing, all orders are final – We DO NOT accept returns.

We may accept cancellation If an order has not yet been processed. Should you have any questions, please contact our customer service.
